About Long IGF-1 R3
Long IGF-1 R3 is an extended analog of human insulin-like growth factor, consisting of 83 amino acids. It enhances protein synthesis, RNA production, fat metabolism, and glucose transport. For bodybuilders and athletes, it promotes muscle hypertrophy and enhances energy production from fat.
Hypertrophy vs. Hyperplasia
- Hypertrophy: Growth from increased muscle cell size (occurs during training & steroid use).
- Hyperplasia: Unique to IGF, involves actual splitting and increase of muscle cells, beyond natural genetic limits.
- This ability to increase muscle cell count may enhance long-term muscle density and size potential.
Administration Guidelines
For optimal results, inject 50–100 mcg of Long IGF-1 R3 approximately 1 hour post-workout, ideally into the trained muscle group (half dose per side). Subcutaneous injection is also effective. Adequate protein and carbohydrate intake is required to support tissue growth.
Storage Instructions
- Store refrigerated at 2–8°C (35–46°F), never frozen.
- Stable at room temperature for up to 3 months.

Anabolic Synergy
Maximum anabolic effects of IGF require synergy with STH (HGH), insulin, and thyroid hormones (LT-3, e.g. Cytomel). Alone, STH or IGF may be less effective; combined with steroids, thyroid hormones, and insulin, the liver produces optimal levels of somatomedins and IGFs. Anticatabolic agents (e.g., anabolic steroids or Clenbuterol) further enhance effects.
