About Clomiphefei
Clomiphefei is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) primarily prescribed as a fertility aid for women. It binds to estrogen receptors, blocking estrogen activity. This mechanism can help prevent estrogen from binding to breast tissue, which is why it is sometimes used to counteract gynecomastia (though Nolvadex is considered more effective for this purpose).
Clomiphefei also influences the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis (HPTA) by opposing estrogen’s negative feedback. This stimulates the release of LH (Luteinizing Hormone) and FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone), which in turn boost natural testosterone production. This makes it highly valuable for athletes and bodybuilders during post-cycle therapy (PCT).
